These are the terms for Finally Paying Attention, made by Self-Healer Source LLC ("we," "us"). By buying or using the app, you agree to them. They are written to be read.

What you are buying

One purchase of $9.99 gives you, one person, access to the Finally Paying Attention app: the seven days, your Day 8 patterns, and the option to run the week again. There is no subscription and nothing else to buy.

You must be 18 or older.

Not medical advice

Finally Paying Attention is a self-awareness tool. It helps you notice what your own body is doing. It is not medical care, mental health care, or professional advice of any kind. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a medical device.

Nothing in the app, the videos, or the nightly notes replaces your doctor, your therapist, or any other professional who knows you. If you have a symptom that is new, severe, or worrying, see a doctor. Do not stop or change any treatment because of something in the app. If you are in crisis or in danger, call your local emergency number right away.

From Day 4 on, the app offers small, gentle practices, such as movement and placing a hand on your body. They are always optional. Stay within what is comfortable for your body, and skip anything that isn't right for you.

Linda Villines shares her own lived experience. It is her story, not a promise about yours. Everybody is different, and we make no guarantee about what you will notice or feel.

Your link is your key

After you buy, you receive a personal link. There is no account and no password: the link is how the app knows you. Anyone who has your link can open your week, so keep it to yourself. If you lose it, write to support@finallypayingattention.com from the email you bought with.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe, through Link, who is the seller of record for your purchase. Link's own terms apply to the payment itself. Your card statement will show LINK.COM. For receipts and payment questions, Link's support can help you directly.

Refunds

All sales are final. The full policy is at /refunds.

What you agree not to do

We may end access for anyone who does.

What is ours and what is yours

The app, its videos, audio, words, and design belong to Self-Healer Source LLC and Linda Villines. Your purchase lets you use them for yourself. It does not transfer ownership.

Your answers are yours. How we handle them is described at /privacy.

The app as it is

We work hard to keep the app running well, and it runs on phones, networks, and notification services we do not control. Notifications can be delayed or missed. We provide the app "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We will keep the app available for as long as we offer it, and if we ever retire it, we will tell buyers by email first.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Self-Healer Source LLC and Linda Villines are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you, and nothing here removes rights the law says cannot be removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in California. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any protections your local law guarantees you.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and tell buyers by email.
